Case – 35 years old female with dizziness – bought to the ER.
A 35 years old female with dizziness is brought to the emergency department by her husband. The lady had been out for a walk this morning when she suddenly felt like the ground started to move beneath her. She just sat down on the sidewalk and refused to move for about an hour. At the same time, she felt a continuous ringing sound in her right ear. As of now, she feels a fullness in the same ear and is unable to understand the conversation between you and her husband. On inquiring about the past history, she says that she had a similar episode 2 months earlier, but thought it was because of exhaustion due to work.Remarkable clinical findings: Pulse rate 54/min, BP 120/70 mmHg.General and Systemic examination review is normal.
